Your name and email, the training profile you fill in, your conversations with the coach, your plans, and a shipping address if you provide one.
Who processes it
Coach messages are sent to an AI model provider to generate replies. Payments are handled by Stripe; card details never reach this site. Email is sent through a transactional email provider.
Your choices
You can update your profile at any time and ask for your account to be deleted.
